BUTTER!
Last night we grilled some marinated garlic shrimp that were buttery delicious...sans the butter!
I'm a sucker for extracts. Yep, I used Butter Extract! Here's the recipe:
2 pounds peeled shrimp
1 teaspoon gourmet quality butter extract
4 tablespoons water
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Put peeled shrimp into a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the water and butter extract. Pour over shrimp. Add the minced garlic & olive oil. Mix well. Let sit for an hour before grilling.
Serve with grilled veggies and a cold salad. Delish!
