I broke the Peppermint Mocha Seal the other day at Starbucks. It broke my wallet and diet too!
Today I created a delicious copycat that will save my hips and money.
Here's the how to:
KimD's Save a mint Peppermint Mocha
Chocolate skim Milk (warm)
Peppermint Extract (less than a quarter capful of Watkins Pure Peppermint Extract)
Espresso
Splenda (if it's not sweet enough for ya)
Whipped Cream (if you want something all pretty.)
Mix it all, serve, enjoy! Omit the espresso and it's delicious peppermint hot cocoa for the kids. Add some peppermint schnapps and it's heaven on Earth!
